I gig although when I do I sometimes wonder why I bother because the band I get gigs with really isn't my thing anymore.. never really was..., and only has one [wired] board...

I got my Secret Santa present today from Derelict78, it's totally wicked, then I won Boris' "New Album" from Sargent House on Twitter. Now I'm gonna go finish the last few things for my Christmas shopping. Today is a freaking great day!

I was roflcrying

I'm in a country far far away, where you order a pedal from the US, pay for the customs and shipping and STILL have it cheaper then you would if you bought it in a store. Yay!
I really want to buy my friends hiwatt 200w clone and a mesa 610 powercab but I literally need a fortune.

That's weird, it seems to me nowadays that EVERYONE knows what they have, and how much it's really worth. That's one of the biggest downsides to the ubiquity of the Internet; if I died tomorrow, even my mom would know that she should google and search ebay to see how much each thing is worth instead of selling it off for nothing. It's almost impossible to get a big steal nowadays.

That does suck... says the person that keeps buying used gear off ebay from japan  You know I am always surprised though that there aren't more builders of gear in more countries... I really think it would be great for gear and musicians as a whole because there would be [in a perfect world] competition on who could make things better and maybe more economical :idk: [in a perfect world] On the other hand I see Mesa cabs as way too much $$$ no matter where you are...

Or you can just make pedals out of 3rd-world children. Yes, I said "out of" :erm:

I smoked some stuff and now I feel like a big fuzzy kitty :hobbes:

I always thought you looked more like a bunny. It has led to hilarious mental images as you discuss hookups and things.

Feeling a greater sense of love & belonging with my friends, family, girlfriend & her family recently.
Noticing my creativity with guitar increase.

Even though I'm not happy all the time, life is good & I am so grateful for it.
