I actually bought it like that from someone here on the BST. It's modified for chorus/vibrato/tremolo. The top left depth switch is now a chorus/vibrato switch. The top right switch is a three way that's tremolo only/chorus depth switch. Bottom left knob is tremolo depth. Bottom right is a high pass filter I believe. If I'm not mistaken it was done by experimentalists anonymous. More info here:

If you got that from me, then it is the Experimentalists Anonymous mods. The tremolo blend is a really nice addition.

I've got a Small Clone trade in the works and I am all about these mods. Sounds awesome!

Kinda pedalboard related...I set up a second board, and thought I would get an altoid box for picks and mints are cool. But no altoid's in Australia!...wtf...I went to newsagent they had some other mints in similar box...$12..,fuck that.

Anyway just ranting...
