Cool, beautiful work, man!

Here are a couple of Bazz Fuss pedals I made. I used a tin that held a guitar string cleaner gadget and a Sucrets tin for the enclosures. I've breadboarded a few things, but these are the first i've finished with enclosures. The 2 knob version has the "thickness" control from the deluxe Bazz Fuss.

I was given carte blanche over a multi-dirt box for a friend who has moved over to a TB looper based pedalboard. This is attempt at maximum dirt while keeping the footprint smaller than a NY BMP.







The flavours are La Vache, Egodriver and Slow Loris from Madbean, and the guitarpcb R2G2. Bit of a squeeze, but sounds unbelievable and I like the fact it looks like a drone/ noise synth on his pedalboard

If you don't mind my asking, what are you using to draw or paint on these? I want to have my girlfriend draw all over one of my pedals and this looks like a medium that she could use well

Thanks man, that's very kind. I have some naff klone to wire up later, but after that my next project is a personal one which will either be my finest work, or the most epic of facepalms ever seen on a DIY thread- I'm wading out beyond my depth

As for the pens, I use POSCA pens made by Mitsubishi. They're expensive, but I've not found anything comparable- these fuckers write on anything. They're paint pens and need to be treated like a fine, hard brush tip but if your gf is handy with a paintbrush she'll find it dead easy. My advice is to not be tempted by cheaper brands or similar-price-but-totally-shit brands such as the Sharpie paint pen series.
The other option is to use a white, matte primer and then use regular old sharpies. It wouldn't look quite as "painted" but you can still get a really nice effect

No pictures because I've already screwed the backplate on and it's probably not impressive to people who know what they're doing. But I'm proud of it!

you might be the first to do that mod. there are no pictures of that mod on the internet. so actually yes, we would like to see how it fits in there. the text is a tease.

Okay, just spent the last hour moving it around on the board. But I'll get some pictures for ya after work tonight

Okay! Here it is! Since the dc jack for some of these bigger MXR's is mounted on the pcb, I ended up super gluing the jack to the edge of the space it fits in. Then I had to wire it up to the Road Rage and then to the PCB. I have to bend the wires coming from the PCB around the edge of the dc jack. But it was pretty simple once a madbean forumite told me how to wire it
It looks pretty messy but I did it real quick to make sure it worked and then said fuck it and put the bottom panel back on

This is a Poodle Pedal Parts Thug Fuzz in a rough housing. The heart sticker is there to cover a hole I drilled wrong.

My first-ever DIY pedal, and it sounds killer. It's a beast, especially when the dirt knob is turned up high. I can't even get it past about 75% because it starts to sound like my amp is exploding.

These are some of my first pedals. One is a Dwarfcraft The Great Destroyer build....


....and the other is a mix of Wampler Triple Wreck and Blackout Effectors Fix'd Fuzz Deluxe in one box...

This would be an MXR Distortion+ clone inspired by the Little Big Muff of the 70's. The Distortion is maxed, the knob is for volume, and the switch is for an extra clipping diode. The enclosure was cannibalized from a non-functional LPB-1 I bought for $5 in a Half Price Books parking lot. It is pure Husker Du goodness when you crank up the volume.
