I was almost hesitant to post anything but I need to see what every one is talking about with the CC/DC. I think its going to be good, I am just afraid when I turn my ECT and the CC/DC on I may blow my little amp up! ( may just to do it anyways, why not huh? )

@ Holy Schnikes , I could tell that the pharaoh looked like a cool fuzz. I would also have to agree at the price point it is being offered its hard not to pull the trigger on one

Yea, it's definitely worth every penny, sure you'd love it. I think this would also be a great fuzz for bass players out there since it lets the guitar and amp ring so true. It would just slay with a nice bass rig! Unfortunately, I don't have a nice bass rig to test that theory.

:joy:

do they use them? that sounds awesome.

Yah, they use them to spin this wheel that makes each note sound like they were running the xylophone through a leslie amp, also they bow the sides of the symbals and it sounds kinda cool to, the only reason they have them is because those particular ones are cheap and aren't worth be rehaired.

Yah, I've got three bows, One for Double Bass, and two old violin bows my orchestra teacher let me have for guitar. I'd have more but the band director (Shitty fuckign Asshole) took some of them for the Xylophones, WTF, band kids WTF :?:
Hey man, I doubt you'll be saying that when you need a drummer.
Yah, I guess, I have a drummer and he's not a bandy so it works out nice, but alot of the percussionists here are Douche Bags, it's sad because they're good, but not like you'd want to spent time with them or anything. ORchestra is the Bee's Knees!

Woo! New stuff is new and fun.

You have impressed me yet again sir.
How's the Sound Shank with bass? I had one for guitar, but it didn't sound like I was hoping.
Also, could you give us a rundown of everything on there.
I'm rather curious.

Welp, I'm digging the Sound Shank. It's all I want out of a BMP, which I find is much treblier than what EVERYONE ELSE wants but it's also a huge wall of sound. My only complaint is the whole batteries only thing. But, whatevs. The first pedal is a Logan 5 ring mod by the gorgeous nbabmf. Then, CC/DC, which, the DC is slowly becoming my clean tone. SO good. Then, MAMMOTHsound MAMMOTHboost, which is a tube boost pedal that uses a subminiature Russian tube for lots of volume. Then, a Creepy Fingers Foxx Tone Machine clone, which is just a fantastic fuzz pedal. Then, SG, which is the best DE pedal, IMO. then, Behringer Bass Synth for lots of inexpensive BEOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWww. Then, DSD-2, for crazy short samples and then slowing down said samples for LOW. Then, MXR analog delay, which is really almost too lush and spacious of a delay. Tuner, then Rusty Box, my favorite amp ever.

What is the JP, and what does it stand for?

IIRC: "Jerry's Pot" ... an old effector 13 pedal that contains a volume pot.

Just tidied up my board with a new PP2+. Ran out of patch cables though, damn.

Image

Strobostomp2 -> '78 DynaComp -> Maestro Boomerang wah -> Paisley VibraFuzz -> jerms MkI, DAM Meat Head -> DAM OC71 Red Rooster -> Maestro PS-1A phaser (off board; it's huge) -> '85 white face Rat -> EP Pre -> El Cap (and another treble booster on top of the amp: I've got the Ghost JHS on there right now).

See how long that layout survives.

I would like to add a very simple one knob phaser as well as I use the Whetstone for mostly ambient stuff with the ring setting (and you know there's so many knobs, to tweak it to the other way I like I need to get out a little notecard ha ha seriously), I had an old small stone but it's getting a tad unreliable in it's salad days, I might make a BYOC phaser or craigslist a used P90....... and I love the idea of having an electric mistress but there's no room for that sort of thing.........

Also while I'm listing off stuff I want I'd like a barbershop overdrive and a vintage rat........ and an old micro synth.........

I can't figure out why, but I really hate and mistrust those EHX nano pedals......
