I was pumped that it was priced significantly below $200CAD so I nabbed one. Hopefully it will arrive soon and I’ll be able to see if the sound can overcome the looks.

I picked one up too. $100 for a stereo overdrive in a small space, how can I say no?

Oh dear, may resistance not be futile. So badly want one but that is not a small amount of coin for something that may sit in its case too much like my last op-1, in favor of whatever guitar that is laying around. Too bad I can't play with one for just a few hours first...........

I honestly haven’t messed around with synths for a fair bit, but I am actually really tempted by that OP-1 Field. Not too ridiculously far out of my reach either. I’ve already sold a few pedals and have a chunk of change in my savings. I might try to sell my Organelle M as it would cover similar territory. Might even consider selling the Matriarch because it is just collecting dust right now and I don’t know if I need to own multiple very expensive synths (even if they cover extremely different territory)

Been having a fantastic time playing virtual synths and samplers with my guitar but I also don't own a single hardware synth right now at all. This would be a cool one, love the op-1. New rule: Sleep on it at least, it will still be there tomorrow, or next week. Please don't tell me otherwise

I wonder if the build quality will be better with this new version.

Hopefully I won't miss the next batch in a few weeks. Can't believe it was just $100, that's awesome. Scott also said a few other products this year. Wow

Hopefully the fact that there should be another batch soon will keep the flippers from making big $$ on them.
