Thanks, guys! It's great fun making these vids, though I do feel that I'm repeating myself a bit with some of them. The pool of oscillating fuzzes to try out is beginning to dry out (yo), but I do have a handful incoming, one of which is a hens tooth I've been hunting for quite some time. :!!!:

That hen's tooth better be named '87'. Probably better if it isn't...so I won't be jealous.

Without knowing too much about it either pedals, I think it's either as rare or more rare than an '87.

This is the first I've ever heard of this Hen's Tooth pedal, so I'm intrigued...

I have a Hounds Tooth, though. :p

Catalinbread Antichthon

Man, this guy sorta took me by surprise. Didn't think it would be this much of a noisemaker. More similar to stuff like the Great Destroyer, Thornoscillator and Noise Swash than straighter oscillating fuzzes. C-bread is a force to be reckoned with in the world of harsh noise walls. Also, the space theme obviously appeals to me. So, yeah, crazy bloops and bleeps, gnarly suboctaves, weird filtery toanz, and stutter trem. And space dolphins.

Awesome demo of this pedal! You showed pretty much every kind of sound ive managed to coax from it since I got it a few weeks ago and some I haven't! Noice.
By the way playing this pedal into a slicer is instant throbbing gristle industrial soundscrape.

Wow that sounds sick, and also a lot crazier than I was expecting! Definitely reminds me of the Great Destroyer. Some really nice sounds in there!

are there any other pedals that interact with the volume/tone knobs like this? Having a dangerous amount of fun not even playing the strings, just adjusting the volume knob and stepping on other effects
(antichthon -> split stereo
output 1 -> devi noise floor, bad stone phaser
output 2 -> geiger counter, clari(not), judder
both back in stereo to DD-7)

Been looking for a more available alternative to the Thornoscillator. Doesn't sound as insane as that, but definitely in the same ballpark. THANK YE FOR YE DEMOS!

Most of the fuzzes in this thread do to some extent, but the Antichthon goes further than most. Thornoscillator, Noise Swash and TGD might be worth looking into. Also, that chain sounds awesome, please post clips!

I'd trade it for that Pocket Piano of yours. :poke:
