I'm back! 9 days in California, 5 days at NAMM. UGH. So tired I could scream. I have like a hundred pictures. Seriously. hahaha. I tried out so many cool things there that I want and actually bought 4 pedals. hahaha
Most notable is the Moog Chorus, HOLY FUCK it's amazing and the Flanger. The Geiger Counter Pro, don't even know where to start with that one. Amazing. A few pedals by very unknown guys, which I will be checking out.
Everything Earthquaker had. I bought three pedals from hahaha. The Fuzz Master General, Afterneath and Hummingbird V3 (with expression!). UGH. SOoooooooooooooooooo good.
The dudes at Walrus Audio were super fucking nice. Love those guys as well. I played all their pedals but couldn't hear very well because of how loud the damn place was. But I did get a chance to hear a few other people playing with louder amps with their stuff. That delay. So good. I asked to buy it but it was a proto. Hahaha
Source Audio's stuff was amazing as well. They were pretty cool dudes as well. Glad to meet them. Got to jam out on all their new stuff. The delay was fucking great, but my favorite was the overdrive and fuzz. Sounded so damn good. I was really surprised. That delay is like a miniature Timeline though, so Strymon has some competition coming.
Red Panda, super fucking nice. I ate lunch with their media lady. God I feel bad because I literally talked to her more than anyone at the show and I can't remember her name.

She even invited me out for drinks with them. Such nice people. That booth was full of great people.
Mantic Conceptuals. OMG. I love these guys! Hahaha. So funny and down to earth. Young dudes, but super smart, and making just killer stuff. All of their pedals sounded fucking amazing. I wanted them bad. Going to order something online from them in the near future.
Tons of others I met. Got to see Victor Wooten play. That was awesome, even though he was slap happy, it was cool as shit. Also got to see Andrew Gouche play at MTD. That guy is an amazing player. So good. Oh and Gwar was there! hahaha. Those guys suck, but it was awesome to see them.
Plus I missed a ton of famous people because I was like "fuck waiting in line".
And I got to meet Ben/Aen from Dwarfcraft. Super nice dude! Loved talking to him.
It was a good experience. I can see the value in it and the reason some thing it's a wanker fest. Honestly it can be, but a lot of good shit goes down there. It was a blast.
