Some of what John Kasich says isn't bad and Jeb Bush isn't that far out there, compared to Trump, but that kind of shows the way the party has moved to the right.

What does that say about Republicans?

Not sure. That they are fed up (whether legitimately or not) with what they think are "establishment" candidates/politicians and are willing to ignore substance for a fresh/outside of politics face: Trump and Carson.
Or that many republicans are just idiots. I've met many that are thoughtful and have varying stances that may make them socially liberal, libertarian.
I like to read stuff from Breitbart.com - not cause I agree with everything that is said their but like to get varying perspectives on a given issue. A lot of the people there just feed off each other and off a lot of uncritically examined information.
Same can be said for people on the left as well.
Ideological allegiance and thinking "like your party" is a dangerous thing.

Very, but it's actually a deep rooted issue in "civilized human behavior": party, religion, class, race, nation etc… always to be part of a group and not part of the whole… or on your own two feet..

My least favorite being Hilary and I'm sorry but I'm not a Sanders fan.

I got Sanders, O'Malley and Rand Paul all 75% or higher. Then a big dropoff. Hillary is next, and she's below 50%.

So bigchief doesn't like to talk about politics because he's disagreeable.

Ok, so, I took the test.
For the dems:
92% Sanders
83% Clinton
For the republicans: Bush and Trump at 36 and 37%, respectively.
Welp.

Haha well, I got 95% for Bernie and the closest Republican was Rand Paul at 52%. I was kind of hoping I would be surprised but nope, guess I'm just a fuckin' commie.

Am I the only one who doesn't trust those sorts of polls at all? Seems like a pretty transparent way to just try to convince people to one candidate.
That said, I got 99% Bernie and 97% Hilary. Heh heh.

that quiz was really thorough, I couldn't give a good answer to some of the questions, and also really surprised at how some people feel about simple issues where the "right" answer is obvious.
98% Bernie, I think he's easily the best candidate by a long shot, but I'm worried he won't be able to fix a lot of issues on his own regardless of how correct I think his ideas are.

I'm hoping he goes beyond the wealth gap in the next debate. Can't even a one issue candidate.
He was on Real Time with Bill Maher the other night and Maher was trying to get him to explain what democratic socialism is but Bernie wasn't doing that good of a job.

TBH the best/most important thing about a Sanders presidency would be his Supreme Justice nominations.

It says I side with Bernie but it also says in a Libertarian (I am, and am registered as)
The test is flawed, Gary Johnson isn't in the race yet.

You mean a test on the internet might just be affirmation bias and not actually indicative of anything substantial? I question your acumen, sir.
