Its an expression switch for the FM4. Simulates toe down and heel down positions.

Not really a pedal board.

Chaotic from trying to record things (using my ART TubeMP Studio preamp as the 'guitar amp') for February.

What surprised me was how awesome the sound through the $25 Danelectro 'Drive' overdrive into the $10-on-eBay Behringer digital reverb would be, for a ballsy singing blues sound. Totally dig it with my beat up old Strat. Hours of slide and riffing on just that setup into headphones or the cheap little Orange solidstate practice amp.

Side note: I need to grow my stable of DE pedals. Dark Boost, GZ, Hyperion, Year of the Rat.. man, my GAS list keeps growing and growing..

Millionth edit: Yeah, I like "one trick" pedals, and get criticized for it (BIT, Bass Balls). Oh well. I also get digs from people that only use Boss pedals that I like too much boutique stuff. Oh well, probably not a problem here ;)

I had one as a kid, too. It died. Years later, (rather, last summer) I bought one on eBay for cheap and tried to circuit bend it, but it is so simple that it resists bending. So it only has a 1/4" output jack that switches to the internal speaker when the jack is removed. I like the way it sounds, actually. Still mostly play guitar, though.

Right now, I'm running Boss TU-2 -> Tonebone Classic -> EHX LPB-1 -> Phase 90 -> Carbon Copy -> Nova Delay -> BBE Sonic Stomp -> EHX Voice Box.

I wish I could leave this stuff alone, but it's just not in the cards. I'm always re routing, swapping out pedals, BUYING NEW ONES... At least I have the guitar/amp buying under control.

That would be a lot different without the comma:

The CC is REALLY mellow. If you're looking for a warm, soothing kind of tone, it delivers in spades. I run it into a Nova Delay on a multi-tap setting and it REALLY shines.

I have a buddy who does just the reverse. The CC warms up his giga delay tremendously.

The modulation sounds really nice also. It's very subtle and rich. I know this isn't a Devi Ever type of quality in a pedal, but there's room for everything in music, right?

That being said, I'd at least try one out.

CC is nice, but I'm holding out for the new malekko. There is so much hype around it, it must be good :wow what a fantastic idea you have there:

WATCH OUT FOR THE HYPE TRAIN!!! Jusskiddin. I wasn't paying attention when the CC was getting all hyped up before it's release. I bought it a while after it came out and after doing some pretty thorough research. Price was a concern, and I really like MXR stuff, so it was a winner for me!

I didn't know there was a new Malekko coming out. I'd better make that google thing happen to me on it.
