That looks seriously banging :) I've had the original in black and I'd love it if it wasn't for my dumb requirements... Needed something funkier, so after a few misses, I landed on a Small Stone again.

Also I was sort of annoyed by the max rate. I am into those fast shimmery tones and this was a tad slower than I wanted... but slower phasing was really killer :) This looks like a fantastic update

The Whetstone has been a staple on my board for three years now, and is in fact the only dedicated phaser I've ever owned. I really like it, but sometimes I feel like it doesn't quite have what I want. I've always been intrigued by the Faye Sing, but the power requirements definitely scared me off in the past. Top mounted jacks is a huge plus over the Whetstone too... I see that the preorder discount has a few more days left so I'm going to think about it.
I'm interested in this comparison, Colin. :snax: I feel the same way about the Whetstone.

I'd really like to jump on this preorder but both the Faye Sing and Faye's Her let me down in the past. Neither sounded thick enough to me and they were both kinda subtle. Or at least they sounded best set that way. Curious how this one sounds though, upgrades/changes look very promising.

Shannon, are you still digging the Prophecysound Pi-Phase? I'd love to get one of those, but damn are they expensive.

Yeah, it's really badass. Probably more phaser than I need but one of the best I've owned. Only downside is the 16V AC power.

It looks awesome, but I'm going to wait for a flip. :)

275 is too much right now for me. Not that I wouldn't spend it if I had it! LOL

Man that looks sexy! I wonder if the new boost control is just an external version of the gain control on the original?

I think it's $255 with a $25 preorder discount so it ends up at $230. Still pretty pricey tho...

is it just me or does the quality of the printing look sort of shitty?

Yeah it does a bit. Still an aesthetically pleasing pedal though, and I don't think the imperfections in the printing would be too noticeable normally.

That one was apparently a test print. The production ones will look better

So I'm looking at this correctly right? The expression is on the bottom of the pedal?

That actually a pretty good fucking idea!
