Even thought he Naki is designed for guitar it works amazingly well on bass due to the super flexible EQ, and it def has more then enough low end. I probably won't tour with this setup but it will def get used for recording.
love your setup dude.

Having to do with the history of the house.
I have no idea why, but I read that whole thing. And found it wildly entertaining. Just wait until I have enough money to buy rental properties. I will paint those fuckers black in the middle of the night - and by paint I mean hire cheap labor to do it. Or get drunk as shit with my friends and do it. Either way - black houses and plummeting property values.

When you run both amps do you run your board just into the Ampeg? What sorts of dirt are you running into the Ampeg to pair with the OR15? I've been boosting my Blackstar and running my fuzzes into the Ampeg, but I really feel like I want/need a distortion pedal (or several) to put through the Ampeg for dem chugz.
Thanks dude!
Man, I'm busy experimenting now with the setup, trying to figure out the best way to run it. I basically use the amp dirt with the Orange for both clean-ish and heavy tones, run a delay and verb in the loop currently. Rest of the board generally goes to the Ampeg, constantly switching up dirt/fuzz to find the right mix. Love to run the Orange hot and the Ampeg fuzzed out simultaneously, sounds huge. My buddy has a Lehle Little Dual switcher I'm messing with currently, sounds really good, keeps the signal strong, easy switching but kinda pricey. I hear that shit's "the best" tho, who knows. Not sure how complicated I wanna make the setup just yet.
Oh, I've run some mod and delay pedals equipped with stereo outs to both amps as well, sounds SUPER, def give that a try if you haven't yet.

that just hinted at the weirdness, repurposed, destroyed pianos used as bars, "mystery drinks" homebrewed cider "stuff" arialist art projects, skull masks and cool artwork all over the walls. very groovy and interesting
And of course the raw power of the Ancient Warlocks caused a blackout at the start of their set.

Okay guys I just got back from Pallbearer and my tinnitus is at an all time high and it's so very fucking worth it. So good.
So I guess they just got an endorsement with Orange pretty much today as Brett was playing through a brand spankin' new half stack along with his Univox (which blew after the first song so they switched it out for a Rockmaster). They sounded really really fucking good and the new song they closed with sounds awesome.
I was talking to their tech and he said it's basically been a revolving door with their amps from night to night as they blow so often so it's a huge relief just to get someone who will send them new amps as they need them to switch out the dead ones. Apparently they'll be getting OR100s once they start shipping but they weren't able to get them just yet.

Yeah seen them post on facebook that they'd spent half a day at Orange HQ. Fair play to them.

black house storys awesome
i found out recently
that when i was a teenager
all the high school chicks thought
thati lived in some drainage tunnel
next to the wallkill river
i was a runaway and lived in a gas station bathroom
peoples stories are so much more exciting than reality
unless you really are a satanic dentist
