on another note, my bass tone is essentially built on a cold sterile tone rather than warm.

but i really want the dual phaser version that's due to come out at some point.
I've got to keep holding out, i'm sure it'll be worth it.
i've only read the first 10 pages of this thread, and even with all the nasty things thrown around I'm glad things got resolved.
reminds me of my Silver Rose incident from Devi.
i didn't think I was out of line to ask for a refund once things were overdue.
Some public goading is important for public accountability,
we have these forums to keep the relationships honest.
I'm glad Devi came though on Silver Rose incident and made it worth my while.
I also remember she made a statement about how small businesses should factor in refunds for these types of situations, and not run a ship so tight to not afford them. I don't blame her for holding herself to a higher standard.
