That would be awesome to have Guillaume in here.
His products really fit the ILF kind.

Monkeydancer. Did you get delivery info of your RR yet? Mine arrived into the UK like lightning but has been taking an age to get through customs...moved into the charging section today  lucky me...progress I guess

Mine got out of customs today too, I'm not at the house at the minute though so I don't know if that means I've been sent the customs bill or it's cleared without charges and I'll get the pedal soon. Back this weekend, HOPEFULLY to find randy sitting there and not a customs form.

I've lucked out of that one. Hopefully I was a decoy and you got through unscathed. If you do get charged we should compare notes because I swear they just pick a random number out of a hat.

One more week (maybe more) of dealing with customs: fax them, wait, get an e-mail, send the money, wait.

:why:

hmm, I'm fairly sure everything I've got before has been VAT on the stated value and whatever bullshit handling charge they feel like.

After paying a hefty tax+handling fee, I'll finally get it on wednesday! Exciteeeeed. :yay: Going to have to cut down on importing pedals from the USA though, I swear customs and handling charges are getting worse.

How much do you guys get stung? Over here we pay 30% of the total value including shipping, I think. But they only do a random sample of "normal" sort of packages, so I'd say I have to pay every other thing I import.

Uk VAT at 20% total declared order value (inc shipping). Seems everything gets charged these days where as it used to be more random like yours.

So, I've been experimenting with Randy's Revenge a lot.

When I put all switchs off except switch 3 (inside the pedal), I can send Randy's CV into the Four Eyes's CV.
Which sound very cool.

I wonder if it would be possible to use an Y cable (mono or stereo ??) so I could control the freq of Randy with an expression pedal at the same time?
Anybody know if this is possible, which switch should be on and what type of cable?

Holy Shit! I just got mine and played it for the first time today. This thing is so much better than the frequency analyzer I have been using. It covers much more ground and sounds much better. Now I need an expression pedal so I can use the rest of the features.

Mine arrived at last! Only had an hour or so to play and I feel like I'm barely scratching the surface (haven't even tried it with other pedals yet). So far my favourite sound is having the oscillator tuned to the tonic of the key I'm playing in and it's the best thing ever. I was experimenting, then I realised I could do that and just played on the same setting for about half an hour. Expression controlled LPF is reeeeally nice, kinda wish you could have the filter on the dry signal too with a switch.

From Fairfield Circuitry's Facebook:
"thinking about making an expression to team up with Randy and Four Eyes"

Awesome... Guillaume heard my request. :!!!:
