If you're thinking of buying something on credit, check if Sweetwater has it. Two years of interest free financing, sometimes they do a promotion where you get three years actually. Downside is, their pedal selection isn't great.

Have been...just procrastinating on it  [also why I said discover].

As for sweetwater, they've been a good company...but don't know if they report to the credit bureaus [which is the point I guess]. I know they have a card too. Kinda done buying stuff really...it's just to have an open account.

:idk: probably won't do anything

I'm already jealous of the craziness. It's fun helping make it happen though. I just knew I was gonna be too broke/busy to do anything decent this year but didn't wanna sit it out entirely.

As the host you're bound to end up with a really neat gift though, courtesy of all of Satan's little helpers

My credit sucks but I have preferred Sweetwater and Zzounds and AMS and MF accounts.

That's fucked how you guys get your credit assessed.

I don't think it works like that here. Then again, I have no idea.

Yeah, that's what I thought too. I think my credit value is assessed by my income the previous year or something? :idk: I only have a simple credit card from my bank with a fixed value, though. No idea how it works if I'd get a card from one of the private companies. Not going to find out.

Anyway, still GASing for a Sick Pitch King and 87. Also think I might get a Mountainking Freq LSD sometime soon if noone wants to let me borrow one. It's sorta the last oscillating fuzz I'm really interested in trying out. Well, that and the Spaceman Sputnik, but I think the days of spending that much on a pedal is over (for now).

Over the weekend I bought a Stone Deaf PDF-1 and wondering why the hell I didn't get one sooner. It's brought a whole new dimension to my board and I can shape new tones for days. Makes all my dirt pedals so much more versatile. Between that and the CT5 on the way Im gonna be set for a while. Can't wait to see how the CT5 interacts with my Bitquest and Black Fountain. Shit is gonna get ridiculous!

Can't believe I'm saying this but...I'm not looking for any new pedals now. The GAS is now all about a new guitar. Tossing up between Tele or Jazzmaster...I already know what the consensus will be here on that one! ;)

Got one of the WE tenors the other week. Surprised how sturdy it feels. Really fun to play too! Unfortunately I haven't had a change to play it through an amp yet because my amp is stuck behind a load of stuff that needs to be moved. But anyway, yeah, I doubt you'd be disappointed of you got one :)

Cheers! It's in the pipeline as a DEFINITE buy especially now I've heard those good things, just need to save up a bit...

Yeah I felt exactly the same when I got mine. Just makes everything else sound better.

I had a credit card default on my due to some unforeseen medical emergencies (being deadly allergic to grass sucks, kids) and I'm STILL feeling the sting of that in my credit.
