i often give myself instructions aloud while i'm doing things. i tell people "don't mind me, i'm narrating my own movie."

I sliced my finger open yesterday jamming it into the heat sink for my preamp tube in my kustom. I thought it would be a good idea to stick my pinky finger into a sharp metal object.

Yeah, nothing wrong with Silversun Pickups.

I'm realizing I don't know about anything about reverb other than actual spring reverb.

Well, I've really only gone through one of their albums one time. Someone wrote that they were like listening to Smashing Pumpkins B-sides and I was all "HO HO, RIGHT YOU ARE!" but I guess I should give them a listen sometime.

But the lines are groovy. Fits the music.

Some people on here have expressed to me in the past that i should "Just listen to Smashing Pumpkins," to which I say "Silversun Pickups has all of the fuzzy goodness of Smashing Pumpkins without the pretentious doucheiness of Billy Corgan."

i hear them as more Radiohead crossed with MBV. but then, i don't like the Pumpkins at all...Corgan has always inspired a deep, visceral negative reaction from me. it's like a dog just SMELLS wrongness on somebody.
