Common Reactor by Silversun Pickups. Most insanely fuzzed outro ever, and it's awesome.

Just got back from my walk and I must say that I love the fuck out of the fuzz tones on Pantopticon.
Great song/album-ender/outro
Brian does some awesome things with fuzz and a couple DD3s.
