Yeah this is what I was thinking, rate is easy to do. Depth is possible as well but It's a bit of a crude method. There's an RGB led there so I was thinking I could use it to cycle through a few different modes.

also what are the small white rectangles on your pcb? cutouts? like there is one right below the DELAY pot for example.

That's where the wires for LEDs go, the whole board takes up a 1790NS so I made those little holes to put them. I was thinking it'd probably be quite hard to have them directly mounted to the pcb and drill the hole exactly in the right position.

Finished up a colorsound One Knob Fuzz that has been modded to sound more like a Black Arts Ritual. Great little pedal.

I got them from a surplus place.
1/8" shaft holes. Drilled them out... :(
