There was a moogerfooger rig just like that for sale on MuffWiggler recently. Perhaps it was the same one. Ah, just found the thread:

Apparently it went for a steal on eBay.

Me too

I've got some MoogerFoogers, A MP-201 and a Minitaur.
I know a guy that swears he knows how to make pitch-to-voltage work (track right, no latency), it takes 3 or 4 modules. I am very interested in modular synthesis, I also fear for my wallet. The dude is going to send me some sound samples of his bass run through pitch-to-voltage and through his modular synth.
So I tracked down the modules, probably $450 for the 3. So now I am looking at rack cases for the modules...HOLY SHIT!!! Are they all that expensive? I have not made up my mind that I am going to go this way (I have to hear those sound samples first), but that is crazy how much they cost.
So I have an idea, I wonder if it is workable? Take a large pedal enclosure, and just put those 3 modules in it, and source a power supply somewhere, somehow. Probably not possible but I hope. I just want to use those 3 modules on my pedalboard to control the Minitaur. If not, and I have to use a regular eurorack set-up then I might as well sell a bunch of stuff and just go for it and make a decent modular synth.
Any thoughts those of you in the know?

Interesting, which modules is he using for the pitch to voltage?

Depending on the size of them you could look into the small Doepfer case that holds 3-4 modules. I know Analogue Haven has them. Or you could DIY a case for probably 1/3 the cost
