Yeah, sorry, I only told half the story - I have an Empress Midibox that converts from 5-pin MIDI to TRS.

They nailed it man. Great job to everyone at Meris! Ev, good call on the MS-20m. That pedal is doing a lot of the sound shaping and it sounds great. Again, really nailed the Los Angeles 2017 sound. As always great demo Kent (sometimes, simple is more than sufficient).

Received the Mercury 7 yesterday and despite not having delay, it is replacing the Avalanche Run on my board. Was able to play with it for about an hour yesterday. I will not be surprised if we see it on a Slowdive board at some point. It reminds me of them.

On the back of the next Slowdive album...
"Yeah our sound totally evolved with this awesome Mercury 7 pedal. Really cool. Would have never found it without that demo with the MS-20m that guy did. We think it was KNOBS? Anyway that demo was 110% why we bought it...case closed"

Hate is a strong word. I think they make incredibly boring music. I've given them a shot several times, but it's tranquilizing in the bad way. Puts me to sleep. I like shoegaze, but I don't like Slowdive.

Got my eye that Mercury 7 too. I keep repeating to myself "I don't need another reverb". You're not helping things with these demos, UC.
