Damn, all this talk has reaffirmed I really wanna try one. I love my afterneath, i feel like the misty cave would fill a similar role but differently? I don't know... gonna have to be on the lookout for flips. Also it all gets me excited for what will happen when Hirofumi makes an actual "reverb".repoman wrote:ha, I was the last purchaser of the $166 dealpsychic vampire. wrote:Damn, perfect circuit audio had the misty cave on sale at $166 for so long, I foolishly convinced myself that sale would last forever. Ooooh, I like the sound of that! Good thing I got my Ct5 preorder on lock thenlordgalvar wrote:I used the shaker as a feedbacker quite often...Or I just loop it with the CT5 for some kinda "percussion"...
i thought you already had one. oh man you are in for a TREATUglyCasanova wrote: Ct5 preorder on lock then
I did. Sold it when they went for crazy money. Wasn't really using it for anything productive, but now that I've got a tabletop setup in the works, getting a new one was a given.Uncle Grandfather wrote:i thought you already had one. oh man you are in for a TREATUglyCasanova wrote: Ct5 preorder on lock then
Awesome, man! I like to use it for stacking or kind of controlling other effects, but it is a great little shaping box by itself.DannDubbleEwe wrote:Speaking of Steroid OD, have one of those incoming. Super excited to give it a whirl with a dirty Mother
I think the CT5 pitch modes can add the character to the shaker for more variation...I really have no idea what the modes are in that thing, but I think it was mode 2? I dunno...there is a little bit of it in the video up there.UglyCasanova wrote: I did. Sold it when they went for crazy money.
