What was the neck profile like? How did the pickups sound? Also, did you happen to see any of the new Squier ones?
Hey. Sup.

Felt like a standard Tele C to me, maybe a little chubby. The pickups were nicer than I expected. The Fidelitrons are definitely more humbucker-y, but still have a nice clarity.
If I got one, I'd probably swap the Fidelitrons for TV Jones'. No luck on trying a Squier.

That sounds cool. I've had great experiences with Squier in the past so I'm trying to play one of those to make sure it's decent, then buy it and customize it. I like a chubby C, or a considerable but not unwieldy D.
Kind of like tit-tays I guess.
But for real I want to get one and put a Supertron in the neck and a Classic Plus in the bridge. And maybe make the single knob concentric for treble roll-off. And maybe sand off the Squier logo so I don't bring dishonor to my ancestors.

That was the best analogy I've ever heard and I agree completely with it

I also really want a delay with a sort of odd feature set. The Timeline probably does it but they're like mucho expensivo so... I'm hashing out a rough idea of what I want then I think I'll ask skully about it.
