I mixed front and back squats at 135#, 185#, 185#, 195#, 195#.
Pendlay Rows at 135#, 155#, 165#, 165#, 165#.
Strict Press at 95#, 115#, 95#, 115#, 95#
Bench Press (first time I ever did that) at 95# 95# 115# 115# 125#
Those are really close to my current numbers. Nice job once again.
My whole fucking body is sore today. Think I'm going to deload 10% on the squats and take another run at it.
Back squats: 135#, 185#, 205# 5x5
OHP: 110#, 110#, 110#, 105#, 105# (These are killing me. Rechecked my form on based on the Rippetoe video on the first page.) THANKS VID!
Bench: 215#, 215#, 205#, 205#, 205# (may deload on these too)
Pendlay Row: 155# 5x5
Deadlift: 135#, 225#, 280# 1x5 (fuck yeah)
Pullups: 13, 10
I love this thread. GET IT DONE LOUIS.

strict press does suck. If I tried to do more than 115# I would suck it hard.

Fucking flu has been keeping me out of the gym. Haven't been in nine days. Sucks.
I should be back at it tomorrow, though.

I'd like to learn snatch and clean but I'm afraid of looking like a douche and dropping the bar on my head. I feel like that's one lift where I really need someone to show me what's up.

Clean is not too bad to learn at first. Snatch is the one that I found extremely difficult. But I did have a coach with me. I have my competition on Saturday. Heres hoping I can recover enough to do well. Trying to battle pain in my right wrist which sucks when I have to lock out a snatch. That amongst other things.

Totally...I need someone to coach me on the snatch. Yeah, I just said that.
Good luck with the competition, Nick. Keep us posted.

Yeah fuck that.
Planking, however, is mad addictive. Waiting for the kettle? Plank. Waiting for laundry? Plank. Waiting for the man? Plank.

You'll get it soon enough. It doesn't take long to hit new plateaus when you're working hard like you are.

As of now I ended up in 40th nationwide out of 62. Not a super great showing but a fun competition nonetheless.
