Getting primed on some Bells Two Hearted Ale...yum yum!
I'm making a Two Hearted clone for my double kegerator tomorrow. An extra tap is a TERRIBLE thing to waste!

It's a beer drinkin' night here. Had one Moose Drool brown, and have a six of Hook & Ladder Backdraft Brown (on sale yo!) in the fridge... And one Lagunita's Brown Shugga I've been saving for months. I don't know if I should have a 'got a Megalith' celebration beer, or hold off until my Granny gets out of the hospital.

I think I'm drinking Bavaria too much. I can't resist though, it's too cheap and it has an awesome add campaign.

The extent of my contribution to this thread will mostly be through friends/relatives.
A friend of mine (whose demo album I produced/mixed) is in the process of growing a hop garden for his home-brew exploits.
Not sure what kinds...maybe I'll ask the next time I see him.

Isn't that the brew that they were having alot of standards/quality issues with a few years ago? (as chronicled in that Discovery Channel show about them from last year?)

currently trying the great divide brewing company's RUMBLE... its an oak aged ipa and its decent. rather malty for an ipa but thats not a bad thing. the hops are pretty strong while its on your tongue but they roll away into the malt and it finishes rather clean. we shall see how fast they go down!
