I know Ron from Bongripper was using a 1200 for a little while. He's still here but he doesn't post much anymore, maybe PM him?

The 1200s sounds awesome. One of the best dirty bass tones I've ever heard. Skip had a 300t but it was broken I think?

At the risk of sounding a little like a dick, they sound like a way more knob-twisty SVT to me (which is after all what they are).

It's all a daydream for now though as I'm forced to spend my limited funds on a couple of basses and on getting my car running before winter.

I'm assuming you would make the 812 wider or something because all of those cabs are different dimensions for optimal speaker pushing potential.

Sunn 300 Coliseum.. I have one but it was DOA and I didn't bother getting it fixed as of yet. :idk:

Tracking for a 7" today and I don't have to do shit but play the fucking guitar. Feels good to be in a legit studio again. The drums and guitars sound amazing so far. Pics and all that good shit later.

Putting together the big board for practice and writing. We don't have anything booked for the next three months, so we've been writing our asses off.

So far, most of the songs have a Swans-meets-Bleach/In Utero-era-Nirvana vibe. We're up to six.

Unreliable, at least the 300t, is the thing I've always heard especially if you like to push it but I've never personally owned one...just played with a few guys that did.
