Fill it with spiders and put some tape over it.
Some guy at a house show gives you grief -- bam, spiders motherfucker.

Alright, here are my babies. Sorry for the cell phone pictures, I don't own a camera.
My MIM Strat. I haven't been able to get a solid ID on it. The neck has a different profile than a standard strat. It's not quite a C and not quite a U. Comfortable as all hell, though. The pups are a stock (I want to swap it for a lipstick when I get the money), a (possibly) texas special, and a Seymour Duncan humbucker. One master volume, one volume for the neck pup that bypasses the switch, and one killswitch with a heavy button. The stickers are a dali painting, an Alex Grey vinyl, and a label that reads "Jude", my strat's name. No trem bar because I broke one in the bridge within a month of buying the guitar. (I break trem bars like crazy.) Oh, and the knobs were actually salvaged from my first amp. I hate the stock strat knobs, personally. This guitar has seem an absurd number of mods and different wiring schemes. I want o redo it with my dream scheme, but I haven't had the money to order the parts I want.

My acoustic is a Sonority made in August of 1969. The thing is beautiful, and though it looks a bit trashy, the tone is amazing. I love this acoustic. His name is Rabbit, after a Fionn Regan song (he's the man that made me want to play a classical). The sticker is something I picked up at a Co-Op in Burlington, VT (less than an hour from my town).

The uke is a Tara, gifted by my girlfriend (has a companion soprano, but the neck snapped and I haven't tried fixing it yet :C). Her name is Maude, and her sister is Candy.

You don't even know how many of those I've played thanks to living in Arlington for the majority of my life.

Turns out, the output jack didn't have a ground wire hooked up, so five minute fix! Also, the neck pickup mounting ring was broken, so I just took that out, and I felt like stringing it only with 5 strings for extra Melvins/400 Blows mojo.

so awesome. I'm mad jealz

you've all seen geddy lee jazz basses before, so nothing super special here. still, i love it and it's fantastic. planning on doing some shielding work, and replacing the pickups with SD hot stack (bridge) and SD classic stack (neck).
