So what did we decide as an official rule for post count/transactions? We gotta be consistent with this IMO. LOL.

What I mean, is even if it's a builder, we can't veto one guy and let them in. That's just not fair. I think a minimum on both is a good idea. Like if you haven't bought/sold or traded on ILF, well then, you're not ILF really are you?
