I made home-made Macaroni and Cheese, with sauce from milk, butter, and cheese! I used a few sprinkles from a packet of "Uncle Dan's Ranch" in the cheese sauce to "Bam it up a notch" and jumbo macaroni noodles. I mix sauce and noodles (cooked) and "Taco Cheese" together in a bowl with a half quart container of Cottage Cheese and Diced green Chiles, and then put it in a casserole dish and cover the top with cheddar. Then bake with tinfoil over for 20 minutes at 375 and then 10 more minutes with the tinfoil off. I also made Taco Bell seasoning Taco meat and put that on mine.. with some crystal Hot sauce. Bam!
It was chronic as hell.

I make pizza from scratch. I picked the hobby up to help more around the house while my wife was pregnant, but I like it so much that I do it all the time. My wife had to beg me to stop at one point, the constant pizza smell was making her sick.

This one was cooked on a stone for ~9 minutes. My apartment's oven only goes to 500F, wish it went higher. If/when we buy a house, I plan on building a small brick oven in the backyard.
And some beehives. I want bees.

Looks great! I love making pizzas but the oven in the new house I've moved into is teeeeerrible so there's not much point even attempting it.

I need the "just got off a closing shift and sure as hell don't wanna cook anything, but I'm broke so i guess I gotta make something real quick" cookbook.
Preferably with not-junk food.

Super quickcheapfilling pasta:
1. Boil a ton of spaghetti
2. Drain, put back in pot on stove, low heat
3. dump 2-3 eggs and a bunch of grated cheddar into the pot, stir until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is melted.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Eat with canned vegetables or applesauce or something
Makes for good leftovers too.

Had bacon for breakfast, jalapeño cheese sausage for lunch, then went out and bought turmeric and some cumin because of a.i. and was gonna throw it in some soup with purple onions and garlic to see what happens but I ordered some Singapore rice noodles and drank a 6 pack.
Night.
