I hit 3x5 and then 2x4.
Everything is good with the other lifts. Finally got to 100 lbs. on the squat and 135 on the deadlift and still feeling pretty strong with them.
OHP is a bitch for me too. I've been stuck at 110 for two days...this may be my first deload.
Tried hook grip on deadlift and it felt weird. Went back to mix grip and pulled 260# 1x5. Lower back was pretty sore though.
I've learned to love squats. Will hit 200# 5x5 this week. There's no way I'll be able to keep them at 5x5 for the full 12 weeks though.

yea hook will feel weird at first, takes time to get comfortable with the pressure on the thumb.

My entire back was sore after my boxing session on Friday. I'm not sure where it came from. It wasn't sore like I'd hurt it. It was more akin to the feeling of using a muscle or group of muscles a lot when they were once dormant. Maybe it was because I was doing a lot of ducking and dodging during the session. That's the only thing I was doing differently.

think about the way your arms move, if you punch alot it's like pressing and pulling movements except light and fast.
my neck feels as if it's big as a log, having a guy clinch your head and then hang on to it while kneeing you to the stomach gives you a real neckworkout. feels like the day after a cannibal corpse concert, except i get elbowed way more at the concert

But why was it sore this day and not others? Maybe I was REALLY going at it and didn't even realise. Which is cool because it shows I might be getting better. I know my latissimus dorsi muslces can be sore after a good session. It feels satisfying.

Pushed 200 lbs. 5x5 on squats today. Hell fucking yeah I never thought I'd hit that. Long weekend ahead of gluttony.
OHP 110 lbs. but it wasn't perfect so I'll do it again.
DL 270 lbs 1x5 was good but the grip started to slip. Aiming for 300 lbs. in the next couple weeks.
Hoping to get in a couple of days of cardio over the holiday. Happy Turkey Day Americans.

killer man!
Lifting session today. Did snatch, clean, and front squats
Hit 145# for snatch, 195# for clean, and 245# for front squats (single) and 225# for 2.
245# was max effort on a single, I was caught right in the sticking point for what seemed like forever but I got out of it
4 total attempts at 195# clean, 1 ugly rep, 1 good/ok rep, and 2 misses.

Nice!! My goal was to try and hit 200lbs on the squat before the end of the year. I still have a few weeks but I might just not make it! haha

Went to a regular gym with a friend (also from CrossFit). We did somewhat of a StrongLifts kind of thing. 5x5 for Squats, Pendlay Rows, Strict Press, and Bench Press. Not a bad day.
I mixed front and back squats at 135#, 185#, 185#, 195#, 195#.
Pendlay Rows at 135#, 155#, 165#, 165#, 165#.
Strict Press at 95#, 115#, 95#, 115#, 95#
Bench Press (first time I ever did that) at 95# 95# 115# 115# 125#
