No help here. I was considering selling mine to start saving for a new amp, then I played it again, and put it back on my board. It rules.

Really wanting to pull the trigger on a Skinpimp Skinbender MKI

Decided I'm going to put together a small board with a bunch of nasty vintage style fuzzes on it, should be fun. You all should probably talk me out of this though

I would like to have one of those too. The only thing I could tell you... it need a battery (that's not really a problem, just anoying if you don't like disconncting your cable.).

Yeah it's a little annoying but I've been doing it with my Fuzz Fight so I'm used to it. Thinking maybe a CF Magnabender, no one seems to have one so I can only go by the clip on the CF Myspace

I'd save a little money going with the Magnabender but it is a MKII and doesn't seem to be as raspy as the Skinbender MKI. Both have some sick enclosures too, Wish I could just get both

Is there the point-to-point version only for the Magnabender?
Creepyface non point-to-point is not that expensive.
Edit: How come all the CF demo on YouTube by Jet City Music has disappear... that suck.

Yeah of both it seems. I'm all for mojo components and transistors but I'd rather just have a cheaper PCB version of the pedal, doesn't really make a difference to me. Leaning towards the Magnabender just to save some money.

Yeah, you know how they say there's no such thing as bad publicity?
I think it's the same thing with gear. There's no talk about gear isn't GAS inducing.
