Man the shitty part is shivas retail for like $180 which at times is more than i make in a week. Im going to be trying to pull more hours over the next couple of months to replace stuff. Luckily mountainking is reissuing the bass fuzz so in time ill be able to replace that and james plotkin messaged me about a skumfuzz (god i fucking love that man and his music) But if i dont find a reasonably priced used shiva it may have to wait quite a bit longer than id like to.

first off, your drummer is a D-bag for cheating on her. and because of that he created a situation for a crazy girl to be crazy and as such he owes you no matter what happens... i would make him buy you new shit and then he can deal with the cops, courts etc...

second, as stated above i would try and find your stuff. you never know.

And third, when i was 18 one of my friends was living with a girl and caught her cheating on him, he grabbed all her shit and put it in the front yard and poured gas on it and torched it... fire trucks and cops came, it was pretty real. i think things like this happen more than most people think.

Good luck with that. Drummers don't have money, they have crazy girlfriends to drive them to practice, where they can cheat on said crazy girlfriend with other drummers' girlfriends that were there hanging out with the singer before the singer banged someone else's girlfriend.

Uh for all the people telling me to go find it....she threw it off a MOUNTAIN. The shit is broke. Way broke. I was told one of the park rangers or something might repel down there to go find it as they just got new gear and havent really had anything to do. but yeah.
