Wait, how come the 616 has more features than either the echo 300s or 600s, yet costs less than them?

An Echoplex has been on my list for a long long time.
Part of the beauty is the way it affects the overall tone even with the echo off.
Sadly they only come up for sale when I have no money.

Fav is my Roland RE-201 and then Maxon AD900s [I have two], I also have a Univox EC80 but I need a cartage for it...

I had a Echoplex a long time ago and sold it for way less then I should have  but needed money yo. I had both the Echoplex and the space echo at the same time so you can see which one I liked better...... but still...

There's always the EP-Pre for that. It does a good job.

I second the DM-2 and Carbon Copy.

The Replex is quite nice as a tube warming digital analog simulator.

The e600 had wet/dry outs, feedback expression and was "handwired" with mojo parts.
The 616 are made by teh machines with the added modulation control (but no wet/dry or expression). It's also voiced quite differently :idk:

My favorite is the Diamond Memory Lane 2, mostly because of its ethereal vibrato.
