Apparently I hit the edit button and not the reply button. So looks like this post is lost to history?

It was something about buying a new, inexpensive bluetooth record player and a few new records. :idk:

Well I've been absolutely loving the new record player. So has my fiancee surprisingly! I ended up buying her a few albums for her birthday so she could listen to her own music. How many of you have a P!NK or Taylor Swift album in your collection? In all seriousness though, Taylor Swift's latest collab with Aaron Dessner of the National is actually, unironically pretty great; I'm legitimately excited that we ordered that album. Now I just need to try to find her signature fuzz pedal!

Also, I've gone vinyl pre-order crazy the past few days. I am currently waiting on:
Aesop Rock - Spirit World Field Guide
Idles - Ultra Mono
Matt Berninger - Serpentine Prison
Nick Cave - Idiot Prayer
Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds - Push the Sky Away (not pre-order, but it's coming with Idiot Prayer)
Taylor Swift - Folklore

I don't have any Taylor Swift records in my collection, nor I think I ever listened to an entire album of her, but I have some skeletons in the closet too :erm:
(well actually they are not in a closed but in several boxes since I have yet to unpack all my LP collection, which is in the basement since the house moving)

That being said, Push the Sky Away should be really good on vinyl, it's so quiet.. Definitely a "put LP on and sit on and armchair contemplating existence" album. :)
