Some of the rebuttals I've seen include the claim that he paid that $5,000 on 3 guitars rather than just one.
Also, someone said that only 9 of the Brent Hinds Signature It's Just A Fucking Flying V™ exist (include Brent's supposed 3) and that the dude he met with probably got it second hand from a bigger named musician that decided to offload theirs.

As noted, Kevin seems to be avoiding the mess altogether, which makes sense since it would probably require the film crew from Iron Man 3 showing up to his house to actually hear anything from him, anyway.

Spelling, usage, and grammar errors bug me, even when the thought is clear. [Particularly when I'm the perpetrator--I have a dread of my old posts, since I've done some bad shit, myself.]. But run-on sentences and failures to start new paragraphs when needed make me want to throttle people. Finish thinking your little brain droppings through before expecting me to waste time on them. (Venting about coworkers--it's been a week.)
