I am interested in your strategies for cutting out holes for the usb ports and sd slots :-)

Going to talk to my uncle this weekend -- he machines gears for mini steam engines in his basement, so I figure he would be the guy to ask.

Drill it with a regular bit that's similar in size, then use a metal file to make the box. It's not perfect, but it will work.

Ok. Find someone with a CNC machine, learn auto CAD and have it cut perfect. :)
