Wow I love Matt Pike, too.
Alright, Queen Bitch, settle it down.
I know I do that a lot, but this is what I'm talking about:

Are there schematics for the mod anywhere..? I have a couple of big box muffs I don't mind fucking up. That demo vid is sick and super pertinent because I'm playing a bass vi

Sorry man there's nothing.
I contacted Alan about and while he said it may come back one day he didn't release the mod details nor was he particularly definite on whether or not he'd put back it into production.
I started a thread about it a while back.
I think if we all spam him personally with questions it might make him think about it but, at this point it looks like it's laid to rest.

Ugh I just really don't want to pay rare mountain king prices for something I can probably do. Oh well, might hunt down a megalith or clone then

We probably have different interpretations for 'gnarly', but for nasty menacing noise I'd personally go with a blue box + fabtone :idk:
Possible subtitutes for the fabtone: HM-2, MT-2, ODB-3, or similar cheapo high gain contraption.

Yeah I guess I thought gnarly meant something different. It's not ILF kult at the moment, but I can't lose my fat fuzz factory...lots of gnarl to be had. Definitely not the highest gain pedal in this thread though.

FME/IMO high gain does not necessarily equal gnarly.
What else does [pedal] do; excel at, that other pedal don't?

^

So-so chinese build quality, looks stupid, flimsy jacks and controls, not true bypass, annoyingly clunky and space consuming, nasal/loud/chainsaw-y sounding ...

And it's the least likely pedal on my board to leave any time soon :animal:
