After watching a few more demos i must say my initial GAS quiet down a bit.
Yes it does a lot of interesting things.
Yes it has thos dirty repeats i always liked.
Yes it oscillates in a really smooth way.
Yes it's small and has tap tempo.
BUT
using it live would make the passages between different settings too complex for the way that i play and i would totally destroy it with my huge feet, probably clicking things i don't want to and changing settings inadvertently.
OK it's just an excuse to self-justify myself not buying it.

You'll need it for studio work.

Or... set up your settings at home, hide it beneath your board, and control it with one of those tiny midi controllers. You'll never even need to stomp on it and it will take very little real estate.

It's super rad. Though, CBA pedals are too complicated for my tiny mind.

Not a giant bucket brigade fan for delay (I'm a later tape guy all the way), and my weird needs are fed with the LFO rack delays and the Lexicon Vortex.
20 years ago I'd have loved it, now I just have it covered in spades.

Problem is CBA offers so many more fucking options than I could ever reasonably use. And it's expensive. I mean they are incredible pedals, but >$200 is where I have to really weigh how much a pedal would actually accomplish, >$300 is where I figure I could be saving for a good sequencer or some modular shit.
Knobs demos are terrific, as per usual.

So here's my thing: I don't really care if I don't use all the features. It sounds awesome. that being said, I'm looking at midi boxes now. Trying to figure out the smallest one that I could save and easily scroll throug presets on. I didn't think it would be necessary until I watched the Reverb demo. Joel pulled some drastically different tones I'd like to have on cue.

Yeah this is my main reason for wanting it. I was getting the presets thing from my Timeline, but I'd occasionally run into the issue of fighting to keep it from sounding cheesy—by default I feel like the thing is way too Pete Thorn.
I'm not sure how deep I'll go with all the ramping stuff, but having several really awesome delay settings without having multiple delays on my board (which is what I've done in the past) is more than enough for me. I may go deeper—who knows. If I do, it'll just be bonus goodness.

You won't succeed in what you're trying to make me do.
