Yeah, that totally makes sense. There're a lot of factors involved.
So, you just want small bands on their way up.

most of the time, yeah. when we can get somebody established but not too big (like the queers, all dogs, lo-pan etc) it's awesome though.

Just force all your favorite local bands to go on tour and make friends with other bands around the country.
