Can I just constantly poke you about a Space Station reissue? I want one but man dropping the prices people want nowadays is too much for me.

If it helps at all I love my Timebender.

You can, but it won't help.

The Space Station used a rare DSP with proprietary code that cannot be easily converted to new DSP's.

If you order a few thousand, pay up front, and kill three baby seals at the DSP altar, I suspect it could happen.

It'll also shoot unicorns at that point and have a bonus Lexicon Vortex bleen mode.

I have one on my desk, with all the rack gear.

Oh, is it permanently smudged and beat with years of road wear and bleen.

And the blood of so many seals.

About 3 years ago I visited Chicago and hit a bunch of music stores looking for oddball fuzzes (yes, that is something I do for fun). At a particular store they had a pristine '70's Maestro FZ-1S. One mode sounded horrible, the other mode sounded glorious. Unfortunately it was priced too high and I passed, I spent the next year trying to find a more reasonably priced specimen. Over time I ended up finding two from different time periods, neither in pristine condition like the one I found in Chicago, but both great sounding (one I bought from a guy in New Zealand!). This circuit is our starting point, we have changed quite a bit, and it now has two usable modes instead of one, but the core sound that captured my imagination remains. Leaves Turn and I have had quite a few different versions and many a failure, but I am really happy with the result. We are not playing it safe with this at all - it's a bruiser!
This sounds cool imo

I'm kind of interested in the mode that sounded "horrible." This pedal does sound like it could be great though. Can't wait to hear demos! :thumb:
