Joes sending me some shit soon (or it's on the way?? I'm not exactly sure). It's all blank boxes so I can etch them, which is pretty fucking cool! I'm excited about the pedals he's giving me. The most exciting one is the Hypnotic Eye though. That thing sounds straight up pimp. It will more than likely kick like 3 pedals off my board.

I've been eyeing the F.O.A.D. and Outer Heaven, has anyone here tried one of those? Haven't seen any demos of the O.H. at least.

I had an Enormous Door FOAD, which Joe designed and it was freaking amazing dude. Dan W had it after me maybe??? I think...great pedal. He just made those last year I think (redesigned the circuit). So I'm sure it's equally as legit. Haven't tried the Outer Heaven yet, but it sounds great.

Lovin' my Plague Rat into a W&C Box of War, they just go so well together, high gain, low gain, everything! Their tones are so different but go so well together.

I don't have any demos, but I often run the FOAD into both a Marshall stack and an Orange OR50 and it has some really great note definition. You can make it sound like hissy shit if you want, but I prefer warmer fatter sounds. :joy:

Does anybody have any of the delays? I may or may not be about to pull the trigger on VHS Delay off reverb.
A LHPD or Black Mesa may be in my future. I want the gain, a little more gain and then I want to come for seconds! (inb4 Metal Zone, $22, Soy Boy; I have already have one, and I know I am one).

Just wanted to bump and say I love lwa. Joe'a a prickly pear but he's damn good at what he does and I have personally never had a bad interaction with him. Y'all wanna start collecting demos of his shit though? There is a tragic lack of good demos for lots of his stuff. The mr excane ones are cool and all but I feel like there's more in the lwa catalogue that needs documenting. I'm gonna do some when my order gets in.

I have three pedals coming in from them. 1. Doorstopper (Sunn Model T in a pedal with some mods) and 2. and 3. are ???? (I did the grab bag). I have shirt coming too. It looks cool but I wish it was their 'mascot' (still from AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON).

The Grim Reaper looks super interesting and I probably should have got that instead of the Doorstopper but I thought it was funny...

I always loved their graphics (Only a special mind puts a still from MEN BEHIND THE SUN on a pedal...that is brilliant) and I like the new 'video game' graphics direction Joe is going in.

Someone needs to a make a pedal with stills from I STAND ALONE lol...eh...

Mine should be here by the end of the week. Really curious how it sounds. It was a big guess, since I couldn’t find a decent demo. Can try to make one somewhere in the coming weeks.

Yeah the grim ripper does seem like it'd be awesome. I love cmos. Agreed on the VHS also, it sound alike a really cool idea but I haven't seen/heard a demo that really shows how the modulation/VHS aspect of it works. Other than that it should be a solid delay. I have an old reverb delay he did, kinda like a basic prototype to the half Nelson and it's real cool.
I got a pretty large order coming in, with a twin snake and unit 731 and two grab bag pedals.

I have the VHS delay. It's really good dude. I don't use it as a weird delay though. It's more of a standard delay sound I'm using it for. I posted a little clip on instagram and it's on of the pedals I'm using if you follow me. Mine is a blank box one. Just gray.

I wanted 731 so bad but...I already have some pedals that oscillate on their own without much effort and I'm prohibited in using them cause of a space/volume issue. So I held off.

I'm excited for my grab bag items. I really hope it's a nasty distortion or a sick phaser. Since I posted about the delays I started using the ones I own more and realized I really don't want another one . Same thing with Fuzz (I have like 6 now, I'm good in that department  :thumb: ).

If I got some like an insider or outsider, I would be thrilled too! I know he does B-Stock sometimes.
