You press a small button a few times until you get into the "reverse" mode. Kinda awkward.
I guess that if you really need a looper with reverse for your live performances then you will get the right tool no matter what.

and yeah, I have a dream looper that still needs to be made
there was some homebrew stuff I saw but really expensive and not moving very fast
the 720 is almost there and pretty cool
