maybe too much for in-amp (maybe not) a sweepable mid.

really, I think a lo-pass is first and foremost and does prob 80 % of the job

but then to change the character of the verb, a sweepable mid

On the outboards I've used with a bass control, I think I just used it as a rumble filter (whichyou could just hardwire in I suppose)

Just a preamp, but the early version of the Boogie Quad before the MIDI switching has dual pans like this. I have one and it's my favorite spring reverb ever. The rest of the thing hardly sucks, either, except I need to replace switching components to get it back in shape.

we're they accutronic or OCs (does OC still even exit?) or something else?

I ask just musing about the possibility of a tank swapout.

These units have already sold. The first was Special Custom Customer Ordered through my website. The second was one I made because I had the parts and it eventually sold on Reverb (how apropos). I am just showing them here because they have "little seen spring reverb features I like". I have a website if you are interested.
