I second that! And my latest acquisition, the VB-2, definitely does the best analog vibrato I know! A really wonderful pedal.

Apart from that my Seppuku pedals (DPM-2 and Octave Synth) are pure fun as well as such units as the BOSS PS-3 Pitch Shifter/Delay and the SYB-3 Bass Synthesizer. Both models have so many good and freaky sounds inside. The BOSS DF-2 (Super Feedbacker & Distortion) with its artificial yet cool sounding feedback option is also a pure fun pedal.

Been having a lot of fun with the DD3 lately. It's super simple, but I've been zoning out to long repeats and near oscillation

Yeah, I love a good nutty tweakable delay for experimenting funtimes - both the Ibanez DML-10, and any of the Digitech PDS line provide hours of experimentation...

Right now, my go to fun pedals are the CT5, improbability drive, and wolf computer.

Joyo Shadow Echo has the best feedback control of the (medium amount at best) delays / echos / huge 'verbs I've tried, I love playing with that pedal. Using a phaser on one channel and the echo on the other I get some awesome industrial-Godflesh guitar sounds. The phaser channel sounds like a doomy scanning machine, and the echo howls angry pulsing feedback in the other channel on palm mutes. Fun!

Octave up fuzz makes me want to play, whether garage rock or Electric Wizarding. HM2 chainsaw riffing is total fun.

I think that the Memory Man w/ Hazarai is much more fun than any other delay.

I think the hype has died down in the past 4+ years, but has a super spacey echo, multi tap and looper.

This lives in my basement:

Also lately I've been doing creepy vocals using a half broken old digitech multi. Drive into octave down into delay & verb equals eldritch draining bathtub monsters. Most fun I've ever had "singing"

I like this/the categories and I totally get it. I have some set and forget fun pedals, but then I also have the bitquest which is so vast that I am constantly tweaking around

Catalinbread Belle Epoch. I've tried almost every other tape style echo, even Catalinbread's Echorec, and none of them were the equal of the Belle Epoch in sheer fun. It is responsive and way too much fun to manipulate while playing. I love garbling the tape or creating feedback with it.

Chase Bliss Audio Warped Vinyl Mk. II. Umm, it makes you sound like a warped record. Or a ray gun.

I agree Chase Bliss stuff is plenty fun, the 3 of them.
I really like the Koma FT201 (much more than the BD101) , Goatkeeper, SL-20 and 8Step (I find sequencers really inspiring for some weird reasons - they force you to be creative within their limits)
Judder and VTF are pretty fun too. I can loose hours turning knobs and experimenting with them.

Another vote for the Timebender.

It covers every single delay area super well. Both insane noises, and ambient applications.
