FYI #2: The power adapter is super cheap and noisy to boot. Works fine for the E2 somehow, but don't use it with your other stuff

I noticed it's noisy! That's so annoying! What would be a good alternative? Anyone have a suggestion?

I never had a problem on a One-Spot daisy chain.

I thought this was 24v?

9vdc 160 mA for the E2 unless they did something weird mid production.

Got mine today, first time through looping it just shut off and deleted the loop. :grumpy:
Seems to be a known issue with these: http://community.akaipro.com/akai_profe ... le_playing

Need to play around more and see if it's an ongoing problem.

Weird! Haven't had that issue yet. That would suck ass!

Well at least it's through Ebay, so you can return it/exchange it if you have to.

True enough. It didn't happen every time I looped, just the first, maybe it had performance anxiety.

That's why I got the E1, one of my favorite boxes ever.

Welp, not an isolated incident. Does it about every fourth or fifth time I try to loop something. Another problem is that I start recording a loop and two seconds later it stops. Exchange time! :picard:

So weird! I tried looping a bunch of different ways and no issues for me. The only annoying thing is it's just the tiniest bit noisy. But not bad. It could be my amp too. Who knows?

I am confused though, I thought you could loop with the delay on? I haven't figured that out if it's true.

I've had both and also prefer the e1, but I'm probably in the minority when I say I won't even use the looper function.
So at this cheap I HAD to get one...

You can't  my main beef with it. That, and when changing delays, it changes your tempo.
The noise is likely the power supply though. As Gone Fission said, One Spot works fine.
