Double funny imagining this being said by Noel Fielding.
I love running, but I'm terrible at it. As Goroth said, great for clearing the head, but I do it with music. Something with momentum but nice passages of airiness to give it some variety. Elder has been a long time fave.

Elder does make many activities better.
Also I bought a pair of these:
Super comfy, weird but rad fit, but holy shit are they ugly.

Dude we have the same shoes! Mine are probably coming to the end of their lives, not sure what to get next but I've enjoyed these a lot and got loads of use out of them.

I haven't run in two weeks since my race but I'm excited to get back out there when I have time on Saturday!

2016: 1026km (635 Miles)
May 2017: 93,93km (15km missing, my app shit the pants at km 7

)
I basically do 2 runs a week, one 10 km, the other 13-15 km. I don't have time for more runs though...
The km sum in the app is right now 1479km.
Next two weeks i plan to run almost each day 6km. We will see if this will work out

I am just getting back into running! Been three times this week. I can't do more than like two or three miles at this point because I'm reallll out of shape and my knees are terrible, but past experience has taught me that as long as I don't rush things both those issues will improve.
I was all jazzed on getting into cycling but the cost to get into it is a lot of gear I can't buy...

Goroth, I run. I did Cross Country all through high school. Took a break for a number of years then got back into it a year ago. I try to run everyday but I'm not training for anything. I use it mostly as mood stabilizer / improve executive function at work. I typically run 3 - 5 miles a day but then I also walk about 2 miles a day and I try to hit the stationary bike 30 - 60 mins a day too. Sometimes I jump rope but only for like 10 mins tops.
Running is a bit hard on the knees where I am (running on sidewalks) so I came to realize I was getting diminishing returns running upwards of 6 or more miles a day. No intention to race again. Usually I stop in the middle of the run and do pushups or planks or find a tree to do pull ups. Incidentally, I'm about to hit the stationary bike now and try to listen to this...but I will probably put on DEATH or DISMEMBER instead.
