the ID is on the whole time.
the tele pups are decent hot.
the clip starts with guitar volume rolled back to 25%
gain on the ID set about 75%
this clip shows off the clean up. more than the Raunch. it gets Nasty

PumkinPieces has a youtube vid. where he shows how your original note .. returns. after the fuzz rings out. no matter how splatty!

Got to play around with it last night! Some really nutso sounds in there. I've got a general sense of how the knobs interact now, but am still figuring out the switches. It's definitely full of surprises, though. Glad I got one while the getting was good!

Finally got mine! This thing is ammmmmaaaazing! I was playing it through my ol' TNT over at my drummer's place, and this thing begs to be cranked. At bedroom levels it was nice, but at volume.....all the settings sing out better at volume. The weird decay. Crackling. Surging sustain. So many sounds. Really inspiring. Certainly the most interesting pedal I have bought in a while. Still haven't figured out the controls, but i have yet to find a non-useful setting. This circuit should be hugely popular around these parts. Hopefully the Dwarfcraft crew will pick it up again.

Got mine the other day, but it's still in the box. I've swamped myself with the Buzzaround circuit, and my Infinitphase sample/hold circuit. The sample/hold is finally done, and once I figure out the Buzzaround, I might have a chance to finally noodle and trace the Improb.
Shit...
I still have demo videos of the germ BMP, sample/hold, and H-X6 Spectrum to do.
Then I need to trace the Rand-o-matic.
And build myself a new PLL to replace the one I traded to jerms.
Guess the Improb will sit in the box for a while longer.
It'll mature. Like a fine wine.

Can't wait to hear what you make of it dino. I still can't really hear with any certainty what the v1/V2 switch does, even at gig volumes. And I'm also feeling that one of your great "technical stuff for the not so technical fuzz head" could help me understand better how the knobs and switches interact. Tons of good sounds I this thing but I'm definitely stumbling upon them rather than actively dialling them in.
Also interested in whether you think it would benefit from different pot values, as suggested at fsb.
Great pedal though, really tasty lofi drive sounds.
