I am incredibly excited about this.

IF YOU WERE IN NEW ENGLAND ALREADY, I WOULD BE INCREDIBLY EXCITED TO BUY YOU A BEER!!!!

D.o.S., Benjuro, assorted NE ILFers, you've still got time - they play Jan 14th at The Met in Pawtucket. Decibill, Bigchiefbc, and I will all be there.
I saw HoF back in October and they were fucking on it. (When aren't they?)
Saw Sleep a couple of weeks back and Pike was slaying faces, as expected.
I would expect the last show of this tour before a new record to be fucking intense.

Also, I hope the new album is centered around the concept of an impenetrable fortress, cut off from the rest of the world by rain and endless forest, full of terror, guarding a dark secret that could save or condemn mankind....as well as unite us with or banish the reptilians forever.
With like, questing warrior wizards.
That know Kung Fu.
But only when they imbibe a certain herbal remedy.

I just came here to speculate on HoF.

Nice.

Also. Forgot to second Turbonegro.

Kvelertak, to me, are kind of like this awesome updated version of Turbonegro.

I like that brand of rock and/or punk rawk, if you choose to situate it in that camp.

I've never listened to American Sharks... they're like a (much tamer) Tight Bros From Way Back When. I like.

Also that Indian Handcrafts song has Harvey Danger vibes. Muy Bueno.

Third, IDGAF if they're not metal, Tight Bros rule this thread with an iron fist.

I think a hallmark of this subgenre is in most songs someone yells "ALL RIGHT" or "YOW" and then a kick ass guitar solo happens.

Fuck yeah Indian Handcrafts!

If you dig that, than seriously check out Gay Witch Abortion:

A little noisier than what's been recommended so far, but still a kick ass two piece.

Our own Donavanaman's old(?) band had some pretty kicking songs too.

Fun fact: That's Jared Warren's old band. He's on vocals. Will Change Big Business for you forever.

This is my favorite Tight Bros track. This is the song that will end the world, when the Avatar of Cock Rock descends from the heavens
