Problem is everything else it does sucks. It's kind of like buying a $150 paperweight.

It is on sale at american musical for $115 though :idk:

It's the exact same pedal as the Digiverb, which is much cheaper. :idk:

Naw dude - it's totally different.

1) WAAAAY better bypass

2) reverbs are third-party licensed, not made in the lab by the fuckups at digitech!

Still, if you mean that both pedals are basically only good for reverse, than you are probably correct

This guy explains what you need to do to put it in your rig. It's looks a little too complicated for me. :thumb:

I meant the bypass loop and overdrive pedal.

I have one, and I like it. Quite a bit. The Gated effect is pretty sweet.
I think mine's a little goofy, however, cuz lately it's been giving me a weird hum even when it's bypassed. And the switch is trails-off, so I'm actually baffled.

I really like the Hardwire Reverb. The price isn't to shabby either.

I played the thing for about an hour at GC...

Came away unimpressed --- the reverbs are to me very "digital" and artificial sounding....not the kind of spring/plate stuff I really like.

Yeah, they are lexicon reverbs, and yes, that is a HUGE step up from digitech in the past, but imo the thing isn't worth it for a $150 reverb pedal. These aren't the reverbs that come with the really high end Lexicon products -- more like an entry level version of Lexicon reverbs.

Still on sale at American Musical, though: http://www.americanmusical.com/Item--i-HAD-RV7-LIST

If I were going to spend that kind of cash, I would rather go with the spring chicken, but again, that is my taste in reverb. I actually play an amp that doesn't use reverb at all, so maybe I'm a bit biased :idk:
