Yep. I think that's a bit of a seller scam--they try to get you to cancel the order instead of admitting it's their bad and taking the hit themselves. It's gotta be a pricing error that they picked up on after the feeding frenzy and can't afford to eat those losses.

I just got the same message. Are you implying that if we don't refund the purchase that they will still be obligated to send the pedal?

Not really, but it'll reflect badly on them it's a vendor if Amazon actually tosses anyone out.

I am in the same boat also.
I actually thought I flew under the wire on this until I found the email in my spam.
I do not believe a word of what they are saying when they have the exact same pedal advertised here.

The truth would have got them further with me than trying to scam me with lies.
My order with Amazon claims it is suppose to ship on the 7th or the 8th.
I think I will bide my time and see how this plays out.

I am going to hold out too to see what happens. I would have said, ok, cancel it, if they were truthful and admitted it was a bad pricing mistake.

I got a confirmation email on the 2nd, and no cancellation notice yet. Maybe it's on the way. But Amazon sent me an ad since then (big sale, you know).
I paid with points from a credit card so maybe that's slowing the process down.

If find it odd that they did not cancel the order but instead sent me a letter so I would cancel the order for them.
It's almost like they are trying to rectify this problem without Amazon knowing what they are up to.
