Pretty cool. Now I want EHX to release a dedicated POG2 attack section.

This looks awesome! I'm started to second guess myself about getting a Bass Whammy when I can get this thing.

Ah fuck it, I'll get both!

ehx has had their shit together for 25 years.

if there is room, the "dry out" mod is running a 100k resistor from the input to another jack. bingo, dry out. the regular out becomes the "wet out," just keep blend fully CW.

if ehx kept room for a battery, the room the battery would occupy can likely fit a jack.

OK, that is a good price.

Put a shortish delay before it, feedback and level to taste, and enjoy :)

404 error, does not compute.

404 error - reliability not found.
Fixed that for you.

EDIT:
On a serious note though, I know of an awful lot of people that have had their vintage big box EHX pedals last longer than the newer SMT models. I guess it's because EHX have such a large market now, that it seems like a significant number of their pedals go wrong and crap out. But in reality, it's probably a drop in the ocean compared to the rest of the stock they do that goes on for years and years.

But I'm rambling off-topic. Regardless this thing looks awesome and I want it

even if that was true (it's not), clearly reliability is not what he was talking about, re: seeing a video for something cool and proclaiming "they're finally getting their shit together."

Eh, I was just having a bit of fun that's all, didn't mean to cause any offence or anything :idk:

haha, sorry to appear all uptight or whatever, but that "EHX is unreliable" thing is so played out and untrue that it's silly at this point.

i realize that this is going to bring out flocks of "well one time i had this one EHX pedal and it failed!" posts, but... i stubbed my toe today. it doesn't mean that i stub my toe every single day, nor does it mean that everyone stubs their toe all the time, either.

Let's just not let that happen then and keep things on topic with the Pitch Fork :D

Seriously, I do wonder that if this is successful, whether or not they'd consider putting into one of their dual-pedal formats. I figure it could work quite well with the Superego or Freeze, or even if they simply put it with one of the muff variants?

I think putting it with the Ravish would cause all sorts of tonal chaos  (I mean in general as two separate pedals, not as one of their dual pedals)

Seeing as pedals like this, the super ego and even the B9 to a point are basically just breaking the HOG 2 up in to sections, I kinda doubt they'll make a dual pedal version.
