You guys....

The BAT Revelation is....FUCKING AMAZING. :omg: This is exactly what I was looking for. I got a chance to use it in a band context for 3+ hours yesterday . I stacked it with my timmy, and holy shit it made the amps sing! It's got SO much bass on it, that I had to run both amps with the bass at almost 0 and cut more bass with the timmy. Unfortunately I couldn't use my own amps, but I ran them in stereo with a cranked JCM 2000/marshall cab and a fender deville 2x12 combo, and if it sounded that good on those amps, I can't even imagine how good it'll sound through my fender twin combo/swamp thang speakers & mesa f-100/v30 cab, both of which take pedals incredibly well.

I stripped down my pedalboard yesterday and only used what I needed, and it was almost perfect (I need to either add a fuzz, or place the titan back with the new chip, and I'm still not feeling 100% with the delay): tuner > timmy > revelation > el capistan > stereo wet with a jazzmaster & tele equipped with p90s

As for the Sonic Titan, long story short but I went to this shop/warehouse to pick up the chip, but the employees were a bunch of assholes so I ordered one online instead. Once it's here, i'll report back :thumb:

Ps: the Red Llama also looks awesome. How have I never checked this out before?!

Update: I finally got a chance to replace the chip in my ST with a N-4.

Verdict: Definitely gets rid of the weird decay, and is a huge improvement! I highly recommend it for those thinking of replacing their chip. BUT... the Bat Revelation more or less does the same thing I'm looking for (transparently pushes your amp into saturated overdrive), and the revelation also sounds thicker/fatter. The revelation is just as loud, but has less gain (which really doesn't matter to me).

Nice on all counts glad you dig the Rev. It's a favorite of mine. Currently developing a song that starts with just that and then alternates heavier bits by slamming shit with the pharaoh>QM combo. SICK contrast and the just slight distorted clean from the rev sounds so good.

Looks like I'll be unloading the ST. Still a great pedal though.
Good to hear the chip improves things!

Sounds Hawt! Now have to get something to goose the Revelation even more :omg:. Looks like getting a Pharaoh again could be ideal....
